Dear SWEC Team,

I would like to sincerely share my experience with SWEC and express my gratitude for all the support I have received throughout my journey towards pursuing my Master’s in Germany.

I initially approached SWEC after having a disappointing experience with another consultancy. I had previously paid a significant amount for limited university applications, and unfortunately, that entire intake did not work out for me. This made me quite cautious about choosing a consultancy again. However, my experience with SWEC turned out to be completely different.

SWEC has been supporting me for more than six months now, and their assistance is still continuing even as I prepare to move to Germany. From university selection and applications to SOP preparation, document verification, visa guidance, blocked account, accommodation, flight tickets, packing, airport guidance, and practical information about living in Germany, they have been there throughout the entire process.

Initially, I applied to six universities and received my first admission from Hochschule Darmstadt. Since it was a good fit for my profile and goals, I decided to proceed with it. Although I unfortunately received rejections from the other universities, I never felt that I was left without options. My plan was to apply to more than 20 universities, and having a decent academic profile along with SWEC’s guidance gave me confidence that I would eventually have multiple options to choose from.

What I appreciated most about SWEC was that their support was not limited to submitting university applications. They were available even for the smallest doubts and decisions. Whether it was understanding which documents needed to be signed for my visa appointment, clarifying appointment-related details, or preparing for my journey to Germany, I always had someone to reach out to. This made the entire application process much smoother and considerably less stressful.

The communication through WhatsApp and email has also been very convenient. The response time has generally been very quick, and the explanations have been detailed and easy to understand. I would especially like to appreciate Majjidaa Ma’am from the alumni team. Her responses have been exceptionally quick, detailed and helpful. Having guidance from someone who has already experienced the process personally makes a significant difference, especially when dealing with so many small but important questions.

Another aspect I really appreciate is that SWEC does not simply stop supporting students after the university admission. The availability of unlimited applications, continued guidance for the visa and pre-departure process, and even support after reaching Germany through the alumni network makes the experience feel much more like being part of a team rather than simply being a client.

I would definitely recommend SWEC to other students planning to pursue their studies in Germany. The management and support system are impressive, especially considering the large number of students and applications being handled. If the student-to-counsellor workload were somewhat more limited, I believe the team could potentially provide even more personalised attention to every student. That being said, considering the scale at which SWEC currently operates, the level of support and responsiveness they provide is genuinely commendable.

Overall, I am extremely grateful to the entire SWEC team for being with me throughout this journey and for making what could have been a very complicated process much more manageable. I am looking forward to continuing to stay connected with the SWEC and alumni community even after reaching Germany.
